Amit Panjwani
Co-Founder, President & CEO
Amit Panjwani is a telecommunications visionary who has spent over three decades architecting the backbone of global connectivity. After driving strategic network evolution for Tier-1 giants—including NYNEX, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and TATA Communications—he founded Comlink in 2001 to pioneer open-standard platforms that bridged legacy SS7 and modern IP networks.
Today, Amit is driving Comlink’s most ambitious evolution yet: the convergence of carrier-grade SIP telecom with autonomous Agentic AI. Under his leadership, Comlink has launched a proprietary, omnichannel AI platform that shifts the industry from simple connectivity to intelligent, proactive engagement. By championing a disruptive pay-as-you-use model, Amit is empowering a global network of resellers and partners to deploy highly specialized AI workforce solutions across Meta, Instagram, Telegram, and native voice channels.

Graduate of the University of Western Ontario with 39+ years of senior management experience. Served as Director of Rogers Communication Retail Division for 6 years. Co-founded Comlink in 2001, focusing on sales, marketing, and global administration.
Arshad Patel
Chief Technology Officer
Over three decades of innovative and entrepreneurial experience in the Telecommunications and Technology fields. Holds a B.S. degree in Electronics and communications and an M.S. in Computer Science with a thesis in A.I. pattern recognition from the University of Nevada, Reno, U.S.A.
Started his carrier as a software engineer developing automated Operator Systems and fraud control for the Operator Services, Hospitality and Correctional industries. Founded his own company and has since developed many firsts such as a Non-Teclo based SS7 LIDB Gateway for authentication and billing, Cardless mobile prepaid system and an internet-based transaction service almost 25 years back with full redundancy and sub second response times for credit card transactions.
